Year 2 is set aside for a research project leading to a research thesis. The university of Zimbabwe aims to produce graduates possessing new skills which can greatly simplify and/or add value to their research in insect biosciences, who are also able to secure employment in a much wider field as well as benefit from PhD training programmes in specialist areas.
